Holding a double Masters in Mental Health Counseling and Sport-Exercise Psychology, I have been in the field of mental health since 2009. I am licensed in the State of Arizona (LPC), and able to provide Clinical supervision for state licensure. I am also certified as an Eating Disorder Specialist (CEDS). I am experienced with working with adolescents and adults and have worked with those and loved ones who struggled with eating disorders, trauma, and other co-co-occurring conditions such as depression, substances, and anxiety.
