Specializing in supporting women in transition, Cindy works with clients navigating significant life changes such as divorce, separation, loss, empty nest syndrome, friend breakups, and work-life balance. Understanding that these experiences can leave individuals feeling overwhelmed and disconnected, she is committed to creating a safe and nurturing environment where women can explore their emotions, process their experiences, and uncover new paths forward.
In addition to her therapeutic practice, Cindy serves as a supervisor for candidates seeking licensure in Florida and North Carolina, employing a Person-Centered Approach. She is dedicated to fostering the growth of her supervisees by educating, training, and providing consistent support tailored to their unique strengths and learning curves. Her supervision methods include face-to-face sessions, direct observation, co-therapy, and ongoing feedback, ensuring a comprehensive learning experience.
