I am a clinical mental health therapist licensed in Michigan. I have over 12 years of experience providing services to families, couples, teens, and individuals of all ages. I have worked with clients in many areas including substance use, anxiety and depression, marriage and family issues, OCD, ADHD, BPD, and other emotional disturbances. I have also worked
intensively with adults, teenagers, and children who have experienced physical abuse, emotional abuse, and sexual trauma.  

My therapy style is interactive and non-judgmental. I combine Cognitive Behavioral Therapy with Solution Focused Therapy so that I can help you focus on the issues that you identify to be the important to begin working on immediately. My goal as a therapist will always be to make sure that you are being respected and heard, and feel that your treatment is
based on what specifically works best for you.
