California Therapist

Dr. Hannah Siller Psy.D

I have a Doctorate in psychology and a Master's in counseling, with an emphasis in trauma and crisis. My area of expertise centers around trauma, complex trauma, grief, anxiety, and all of those life changes and situational stressors that impact our lives. More importantly, I am a cat mom and kind of a nerd who feels therapy should be engaging and individualized to the client's unique needs and interests. I believe in a phased-based approach to treatment using traditional CBT therapy along with psychoeducation and skill building in the areas of communication, coping, grounding, emotional assessment, and regulation. My goal is to empower my clients, giving them the tools they need to take control of their mental health and thrive, instilling a sense of confidence in their ability to manage their mental health.

Creating a safe space and a judgment-free zone for all my clients is essential to my therapeutic process. I have experience working with teens, parents, and individuals from all backgrounds and beliefs, and I am an ally to those in the LGBTQIA+ community. I am available for individual and group sessions.
