Dr Herring was born in the Philippines and was raised on the North Shore of Oahu. It is her true belief that, with support, we are capable of creating the change that we wish to see in our lives. It takes courage to seek help during life's difficult moments. If you are feeling lost, confused, neglected, or overwhelmed with stress, addiction, loss/grief, trauma or fear of the unknown, it is my role is to walk along with you in this journey to guide and navigate through life stressors, reprocess distressing experiences, and increase self-awareness.

She provides a counseling experience that allows a person to heal and grow in ways that allows them to recognize their own strengths, and how those strengths can assist you in working toward a more positive and rewarding future. She works well with those who desire change, clarity, increased insight, or deeper connection to themselves and others.

She has years of experience working with a wide range of concerns, mental health diagnoses, and reasons for seeking therapy. Additionally, my patients are diverse in terms of race/ethnicity, sexual orientation, gender identity and expression, immigration status, social economic status and age. She welcomes your inquiry.
