I am a born and raised Southern girl and now a recent transplant to Virginia. I'm a licensed clinical social worker in both Virginia and Georgia and have 25+ years’ experience working with children, parents, and adult women in various stages of life. My specialities include anxiety, depression, ADHD, stress and parenting difficulties. I especially enjoy assisting women with meeting their treatment goals! Additionally, I am trained in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), and I have provided clinical supervision for 10 years.  When not working you'll often find me on my back porch with a good book, spending time with my family, or planning our next adventure.
