Mental Health CLinician
As a Registered Mental Health Counseling Intern, I am dedicated to supporting individuals on their journey toward healing and personal growth. My experience includes working with clients who face eating disorders and co-occurring conditions such as PTSD, depression, and anxiety. I draw from a diverse range of therapeutic approaches, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Person-Centered Therapy, Attachment Theory, Somatic Counseling, and Solution-Focused Brief Therapy, to tailor treatment to each client's unique needs.
In addition to my work with these modalities, I have a strong foundation in inner child work, grief counseling, and breathwork, which I incorporate to help clients reconnect with themselves and navigate life’s challenges. I am particularly passionate about working with dissociative disorders and am committed to helping clients enhance their daily functioning and overall quality of life.
I believe in creating a safe, empathetic space where clients can explore their thoughts, emotions, and behaviors, and I am here to guide them as they work toward lasting change and fulfillment.
