Hello, my name is Tara Fox, MSW, RCSWI. I began my career working in behavioral and mental health in 2018. Quickly learned I wanted to advance in this career after self discovery and the passion I have to help others, I received a Masters degree in Advanced Clinical Social Work practice in 2020 from Saint Leo University and continued to intern in mental health in Florida.

I enjoy sharing my strengths through practice of nonjudgmental and compassion and find pleasure exploring and helping others find their strengths through this journey as we explore self care through this process. I focus on working with adults 18+ and my specialties are anxiety disorder, panic disorder, depression, trauma, life issues, adjusting to change, and codependency.
